Constitution Amendment
Proposed Amendment to the UIndy Alumni Association Constitution

The UIndy Alumni Association Board Executive Committee assembled a task force with a charge to revise the Association’s constitution to make it current and fluid as the Association continues to grow in size, geographic scope, and electronic engagement.

To amend the constitution, all Association members are to be notified at least two weeks prior to the Alumni Association Board of Director’s vote at their November 7, 2009 meeting. To bring this proposal forth for subsequent Board action, at least 50 affirmative votes by members is required. All UIndy graduates are automatically members of the Alumni Association and are eligible to vote on this proposal.
